How do I find out the size of my tyres?


On the side of the tyre there will be some numbers and letters and these correspond to the size of tyre, the dimensions are composed of the following:

 Tyre width: the width of the tyre this is represented by the first three numbers of the code on the side of the wheel and is usually followed by a dash.

 Tyre profile: this is a percentage of the width of the tyre, so an example could be 45% of a tyre that’s width is 100mm.

 Wheel size: this is the size of the wheel which the tyre fits on and is measured in inches and is usually preceded with the letter R.

 Load index: this is the maximum load or weight a tyre can support and the higher the number the greater the load.

 Speed index: Indicates the tyres maximum speed. 


Are the tyres sold on the Internet the same as those at my repair shop/ dealer ?


Yes. All tyres are new.


Are my tyres fully guaranteed?


The manufacturer’s warranty lasts for 2 years and it begins on the day of arrival of the goods to the customer.


Is shopping online secure?


Our website is fully secured, we don’t hold any of your card details on file and they are not stored on a server so be assured that your card details cannot be obtained.

What is our return policy?


Any claim for defective goods or parts must be made in writing within 7 days after delivery. After reciving signed complaint form, Loadsatyre.com organizes a collection of the faulty goods, which are sent straight to the manufacturere for a complaint examination. When your complaint will be grounded, Loadsatyre.com will swap defective goods with new ones. If that is not possible (no stock availability), Loadsatyre.com will return the funds that the customer initially paid or will offer a different product which is currently available in stock. If the complaint is not recognized the customer will cover all service costs resulting from the complaint (transport costs to and from, handling costs of the manufacturer or dealer). The customer also agrees to cover all the costs within 14 days from the date of issue of the manufacturer’s response. The lack of payment will lead to judicial proceedings against the customer.

         Safety – tyres ensure that the vehicle is break, turn and accelerate.Therfore they are the most important part of the car with regards to safety. If the your tyres are in bad condition it increases your chances of being in an accident

         Fuel economy – A new tyre will increase the fuel efficiency of the vehicle because it does not create as much friction with the road and the engine doesn’t have to work as hard as result
